My name is Haley Zutty. I am a graduate from the Savannah College of art and Design with a BFA in animation. My specialty was production.
I produced a film called "Drawn Apart." The project was made across twenty weeks, and totaled 5 minutes. The first ten weeks of production were solely pre-production, which gave us only ten weeks of production and post production together. This meant that I as a producer had to be on point with scheduling, running dailies, and making sure everything was running smoothly. We had over fifty people from many different majors and it was my duty to ensure that it remained a cohesive work environment. I ensured that team morale remained high, and we ended up with a film that we were immensely proud of, which went on to win the Southeast Student Production Award in 2019 for Best Animated Short.
Since then, I have been working with Women in Animation NYC as a Virtual Communications Coordinator. I keep member engagement high and promote via social media communication platforms, like Discord or Zoom.
Finally, I like to brush up my skills whenever I can, working on 3D modeling, rigging, and learning new programs like Blender, Jira and Shotgun, and Unreal Engine. I like to keep my production skills sharp as well as my artistry and technical skills.
